Caution, Great Staff, But Location is Troubling

While the staff exhibited genuine care, the atmosphere felt uneasy. I appreciated the comfortable bed after long days out, but consider your safety—lots of questionable activity outside. Opt for a room away from the entrance for peace. Make use of nearby dining options to enhance your stay.

I loved having the option to cook in the room! The place was clean and no one bothered us, which was great. the parking was super convenient. My favorite highlight was the great experience with house keeping when they finally showed up, made the stay more comfortable!

It was a reliable pick for a city escape in Lakewood with good value. Having a comfortable bed made the stay decent. Stock up on toilet paper as they only leave one roll for the week.

I enjoyed my stay for its great location, providing easy access to nearby restaurants, stores, and JBLM. The room had a microwave, fridge, and a good selection of TV channels, which made for a comfortable experience. However, the overall cleanliness could be improved, especially in the common areas.

The elevators need maintenance due to delayed operations!!! The floors in the hallways are filthy!!! Provide enough towels for guests instead of charging extra for basic amenities!!!

I had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the cozy queen room with a tub. The pool was relaxing, and I appreciated the chance to unwind in the hot tub too. The only downside was a slight wait for housekeeping, but it wasn't a big deal. 😊

The location was centrally located with easy access to restaurants and stores, and it had my favorite channels on TV and a fridge & microwave. We used the mini stove quite a bit, and honestly, I felt right at home cooking some pasta after a long day out. Really, it’s these little comforts.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain compared to what you get elsewhere, but it was acceptable.

Not worth the hassle

Honestly, this was probably the most frustrating stay I've had. Check-in took forever, and no one was around for check-out. I never got my receipt, had to chase them down for it. The place felt kinda sketchy, but the location was convenient. The room was decent enough, but nothing special.

Nice location with many places to eat nearby. Rooms not clean. found blood stains on sheets. Lots of hidden fees too.
